Our Professionals

• Peak is committed to changing the image of contract security professionals. Each candidates must meet the following "minimum" requirements before representing Peak in uniform:
• 1. Previous military, law enforcement, corrections, risk management or extensive physical security experience
• 2. Successfully passing multi-level criminal background investigations.
• 3. Successfully passing drug/alcohol screenings.
• 4. Meet our stringent standards for professionalism in attitude and appearance.

• Communication plays an integral role to the success of any organization. This is especially true with regards to security. In order for the total risk management model to be successful, communication must be ongoing throughout every step of the cycle and on every level. Peak understands the importance of communication. We utilize technology to communicate reports and security guidelines to keep security top of mind and prevent complacency.

Investment of Management Resources

• Peak management is committed to the success of each client and the services we provide to those clients. We understand that budgetary constraints and fiscal responsibilities often limit the resources our clients have available to allocate to our services. We continue to be diligent in investigating and testing ways to increase our services and reduce expenses for our clients.
• Peak's hands on approach to account management require significant investment of time and resources spent in the field. We do not charge clients for that time. Our business model is one of sustainable long-term growth that requires us to make long-term investments. It keeps us in tune with what's going on in the field and prohibits us from tripping over dollars to get to pennies. It forces us to never sacrifice the quality of services for quantity of accounts.
